1. 適用範囲

本ポリシーは、Adora CO LTDが運営するADORA PC（以下「当社」）のウェブサイト「adora.jp」、お問い合わせ対応、および当社が自社のAmazon Japan広告アカウントを分析・管理するために利用する内部アプリケーションに適用されます。

2. 取得する情報

当社は、サービス提供に必要な範囲で次の情報を取得することがあります。

• お問い合わせフォームで入力された氏名、メールアドレス、件名、商品・用途、メッセージおよびASIN等
• アクセス日時、IPアドレス、ブラウザ・端末情報、参照元、閲覧ページ、Cookie等の技術情報
• Amazonから権限に基づき提供される広告アカウント識別子、Profile情報、Campaign、広告グループ、広告、キーワード、Target、入札、予算、Placementおよび広告レポートの集計指標
• 認証・監査・障害対応に必要な操作履歴、実行結果およびセキュリティログ

3. Login with AmazonおよびAmazon Ads API

当社の内部アプリケーションは、Login with Amazon（OAuth 2.0）を用いて、当社が管理するAmazon広告アカウントへのアクセス許可を取得します。当社はAmazonアカウントのパスワードを取得しません。

許可された範囲で、広告の状況確認、レポート取得、入札・予算・キーワード・Target・Campaign等の分析および管理を行うことがあります。OAuthのClient Secret、Refresh TokenおよびAccess Tokenは公開せず、権限を限定した環境で保管します。

当社は、Amazon Ads APIから取得した情報を、自社広告アカウントの運用目的以外で販売、広告配信または顧客名簿作成に利用しません。

4. 利用目的

• 商品、在庫、構成、納期、購入前後のご相談への回答
• ウェブサイトの提供、保守、セキュリティ確保、不正利用防止および品質改善
• 当社Amazon広告の効果測定、レポート作成、予算配分、入札・キーワード・Target等の最適化
• APIの認証、権限管理、操作監査、障害調査および復旧
• 法令、契約、Amazonの適用ポリシーおよび正当な要請への対応

5. 第三者提供および業務委託

当社は、法令に基づく場合、生命・身体・財産の保護に必要な場合、または本人の同意がある場合を除き、個人情報を第三者へ販売または不当に提供しません。

当社は、ホスティング、メール、セキュリティ、システム保守、データ分析およびAI支援分析等に必要な範囲で、適切な契約・安全管理措置の下、業務委託先に情報処理を委託することがあります。AI支援分析を利用する場合、広告運用に必要な情報のみを対象とし、Amazonのパスワード、Client SecretおよびRefresh Tokenを分析入力に含めません。

Amazonによる情報処理には、Amazonが定める契約およびプライバシー通知が適用されます。

6. Cookie、アクセスログ等

当サイトは、基本機能、セキュリティ、利用状況把握のためにCookieまたは類似技術を使用することがあります。ブラウザ設定によりCookieを制限できますが、一部機能が利用できなくなる場合があります。

当社が将来、広告タグ、コンバージョンAPIその他の技術により個人情報をAmazon Adsへ送信する場合は、適用法令およびAmazonの同意シグナル要件に従い、必要な同意取得と拒否・撤回手段を提供します。当社は、氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号等の直接識別情報をAmazon Adsへ送信しません。

7. 保存期間

当社は、利用目的、契約上の必要性、法令上の保存義務、紛争対応およびセキュリティ上の必要性を考慮し、必要な期間に限り情報を保存します。不要となった情報は、安全な方法で削除または匿名化します。OAuth認証情報は、連携終了、権限撤回または不要となった時点で無効化・削除します。

8. 安全管理措置

当社は、アクセス権限の限定、認証情報の分離保管、通信の暗号化、ログ記録、定期的な権限確認、脆弱性への対応および委託先の適切な管理等、合理的な技術的・組織的安全管理措置を講じます。

9. お客様の権利

適用法令の範囲で、本人は自己の個人情報について、利用目的の通知、開示、訂正、追加、削除、利用停止、消去または第三者提供停止を請求できます。本人確認後、合理的な期間内に対応します。Amazonへのアプリ連携は、Amazonアカウントの「Login with Amazon」管理画面等から撤回できる場合があります。

10. 未成年者の情報

当社のAmazon Ads API内部アプリケーションは、一般消費者または児童向けのログインサービスではありません。当社は、法定代理人の同意が必要な未成年者から、意図的に個人情報を取得しません。

11. 国外での処理

Amazon、クラウド、セキュリティまたはAI支援サービスの利用に伴い、情報が日本国外のサーバーで処理される場合があります。当社は、適用法令に従い、契約上および技術上の適切な保護措置を講じます。

12. 改定およびお問い合わせ

当社は、サービス、法令または利用する外部サービスの変更に応じて本ポリシーを改定することがあります。重要な変更は、本ページ上で分かりやすく告知します。

3. Login with Amazon 与 Amazon Ads API

内部应用通过 Login with Amazon（OAuth 2.0）取得访问本公司广告账户的授权。我们不会取得或保存您的Amazon账户密码。授权数据仅用于查看广告状态、生成报告，以及分析和管理竞价、预算、关键词、Target和Campaign。

我们不会出售Amazon Ads API数据，也不会将其用于本公司广告账户管理以外的客户名单或广告销售用途。

4. 使用目的

• 回复商品、库存、配置、交期及售前售后咨询；
• 运营、维护和保护网站，防止滥用并改善服务；
• 衡量和优化本公司的Amazon广告表现；
• 执行API认证、权限控制、操作审计和故障恢复；
• 遵守法律、合同和Amazon适用政策。

5. 共享与服务提供商

除法律要求、保护生命财产或取得本人同意外，我们不会出售或不当提供个人信息。我们可能在必要范围内委托托管、邮件、安全、系统维护、数据分析及AI辅助分析服务商处理数据，并要求其采取适当的合同与安全措施。AI分析不会包含Amazon密码、Client Secret或Refresh Token。

6. Cookie及向Amazon传输信息

本网站可能使用Cookie及类似技术实现基本功能、安全和访问统计。若未来通过广告标签、Conversions API等方式向Amazon Ads发送个人信息，我们将遵守适用法律与Amazon同意信号要求，并提供同意、拒绝和撤回机制。我们不会向Amazon Ads发送姓名、邮箱或电话号码等直接识别信息。

7. 保存与安全

在适用法律范围内，您可以请求访问、更正、删除或停止处理个人信息。Amazon应用授权可在Amazon账户的 Login with Amazon 管理页面撤回。本内部应用不面向儿童；我们不会故意收集依法需要监护人同意的未成年人信息。使用Amazon、云服务、安全或AI服务时，数据可能在日本境外处理，我们将采取适当保护措施。

1. Scope

This policy applies to adora.jp and related enquiries operated by Adora CO LTD under the ADORA PC name, and to the internal application used to analyze and manage the company’s own Amazon Japan advertising account.

2. Information we collect

• Information submitted through our contact form, including name, email address, subject, product, intended use, message and ASIN;
• Technical information such as IP address, access time, browser, device, referrer, viewed pages, cookies and security logs;
• Authorized Amazon advertising information, including advertising account and Profile identifiers, campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, targets, bids, budgets, placements and aggregated reporting metrics;
• Authentication, audit, execution and incident-response records.

3. Login with Amazon and Amazon Ads API

Our internal application uses Login with Amazon (OAuth 2.0) to obtain permission to access advertising accounts managed by us. We do not obtain or store the password for an Amazon account. Within the authorized scope, the application may review advertising status, obtain reports, and analyze or manage campaigns, bids, budgets, keywords and targets.

We do not sell Amazon Ads API data or use it to build customer lists or provide advertising services unrelated to our own advertising account.

4. Purposes

• Responding to product, inventory, configuration, delivery and support enquiries;
• Operating, maintaining and securing our website, preventing misuse and improving quality;
• Measuring, reporting on and optimizing our own Amazon advertising activity;
• API authentication, access control, audit, incident investigation and recovery;
• Compliance with law, contracts and applicable Amazon policies.

5. Disclosures and service providers

We do not sell personal information or disclose it improperly, except where required by law, necessary to protect life or property, or based on consent. We may use carefully selected hosting, email, security, maintenance, analytics and AI-assisted analysis providers under appropriate contractual and security safeguards. Amazon passwords, Client Secrets and Refresh Tokens are not included in AI analysis inputs.

6. Cookies and information sent to Amazon

We may use cookies or similar technologies for essential features, security and usage measurement. If we later send personal information to Amazon Ads through an advertising tag, Conversions API or similar technology, we will follow applicable law and Amazon consent-signal requirements, including mechanisms to consent, refuse and withdraw. We do not send directly identifying information such as names, email addresses or telephone numbers to Amazon Ads.

7. Retention and security

We retain information only for as long as needed for the purposes above, legal and contractual obligations, dispute handling and security. Information that is no longer required is securely deleted or anonymized. OAuth credentials are disabled or deleted when the integration ends, access is revoked, or they are no longer needed. We use reasonable safeguards including restricted access, encrypted transmission, credential separation, logging and access reviews.

8. Your rights, children and international processing

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal information. Amazon application permission may be revocable through the Manage Login with Amazon section of your Amazon account. The internal application is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors where parental consent is legally required. Data may be processed outside Japan by Amazon, cloud, security or AI service providers under appropriate safeguards.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when our services, laws or external services change. Material changes will be clearly identified on this page.
